Small Update

There's an inventory system now, you can pick up an apple and it will be in your inventory for whenever you need it or if your health gets low in a fight. I'm going to try and add some more areas tonight and more enemies you can fight + improve dialogue for fights. I'll either post that one tomorrow or next week
